In 2003, the Duke University Health System came to RBW for help in strengthening the brand in and around the highly competitive healthcare market of Wake County, NC (Raleigh). The goal was to raise patient awareness of the world-class medical care available only 15 miles away in Durham. We created a series of TV and print ads that boosted patient preference for Duke among Wake County residents from #4 to #1 in only six months.
